New Type of Convention is Great Success

Before awarding the degree of Bachelor of Fraternity Practices to those qualified, Earl D. Rhodes, president of the School of Fraternity Practices, paid high tribute to George W. Chapman, dean of men, as the person largely responsible for the development of the program for the school.

…Not much time was needed to take care of the important work of election of officers as there were only four nominees for the Grand Chapter and four positions to be filled. Frederick W. Ladue, Colgate, '12, George W. Chapman, Penn State, '20, Francis H. S. Ede, Dickinson, '17, were re-elected, and Frank D. Garland, Illinois, '10, was selected as the fourth member. …
