Meet Our THON 2025 Dancers

We are delighted to announce that Devon Claudino and Russel Ehalt, both fifth-year members of Theta Chi, will be dancing for THON 2025. Their involvement in THON and their leadership within our chapter make them the ideal representatives for this remarkable cause.

Devon has been an active participant in THON throughout his time at Penn State. He currently serves as our Family Relations Chair, having formed a close bond with the Adkin family, embodying the spirit of THON’s mission. Prior to this role, he served as Recruitment Chair, demonstrating his dedication to building strong connections within the chapter and beyond.

Russ is a former Chapter President and a proud Alpha Class member of Theta Chi. His leadership has left a lasting impact on our organization, and his unwavering commitment to THON reflects his deep passion for serving others.

Devon Claudino and Russel Ehalt - 2024

Both Devon and Russ have personal connections to the fight against childhood cancer, making this cause deeply meaningful to them.

Devon shared, “Being a part of THON has taught me the profound impact that people can make when they unite for a common goal. From the organizations to the volunteers, everyone contributes significantly and dedicates a considerable amount of time to this cause, which makes it truly special to me.”

Russ expressed, “To me, THON is a beacon of hope. It symbolizes the existence of hope that no one will ever have to fear losing their child to childhood cancer. It represents the desire to ensure that no one ever has to experience this tragedy again.”

Devon shared, “Representing Theta Chi for THON would be an immense honor. Our organization has a deep connection to THON, and it would give me the chance to represent our organization with pride by offering my assistance. I am confident that I can effectively represent our organization and demonstrate our genuine care and the effort we have put in.”

Russ added, “THON is the grand stage at Penn State, and very few individuals are fortunate enough to represent their organization on such a significant platform. As an Alpha Class member of this chapter, I am thrilled to represent our fraternity on the university’s largest stage during my final year.”

We couldn’t be prouder of Devon and Russ. Their unwavering dedication to THON, our chapter, and the fight against childhood cancer inspires us all. We eagerly anticipate supporting them during THON weekend as they embark on this challenging journey.
