Streakers Cited - CDT Story

About 20 fraternity members were seen streaking along the 500 block of South Pugh Street late Friday night, and State College police said the fraternity was cited.

Police said the men, who were totally naked, reported the event as a spur-of-the-moment streak. They were members of Theta Chi, 523 S. Allen St.
