Theta Chi will once again be hosting the Recruitment Boot Camp program this academic year – January 10-12, 2014 in Indianapolis, Indiana. This will take place during the same weekend as the Deranian Presidents Conference and vice president of health and safety training and orientation weekend. This intensive 28-hour program will provide recruitment chairmen with the latest training and tactics with respect to recruitment. Recruitment Boot Camp utilizes an outcome-driven curriculum that is proven to get your chapter the results it needs.

The Recruitment Boot Camp program is a great educational opportunity for your newly elected recruitment chairman and anyone in your chapter that aspires to take on a leadership role when it comes to recruitment. Participants will walk away from the weekend with a detailed action plan designed to help their chapter excel at recruitment.
